Spokane Restaurants

In the mood for "Something Else?"

This can, quite literally, be arranged at Spokane,WA's famous Something Else Deli. Just ask one of our very own Red Lion cooks (speaking anonymously about a competitor's restaurant for fear of reprisals): "Their sandwiches always hit the spot; they taste like one of my own Mother's back when I was kid."

Onsite, the Red Lion Hotel at the Park offers three-meal-a-day restaurant dining with locally inspired menus and the chef's "Just for Today" specials, featuring seasonal ingredients. Additionally, we offer catering, lounges and room service. Red Lion's signature Roaring Start Breakfast is also available as a complement to our full cooked-to-order breakfasts.

Stop by the Atrium Café for a casual breakfast or lunch, or enjoy dinner at Windows Restaurant, which is perched above the Spokane River. For more casual tastes and occasions, Park Place Lounge and Deck serves up a fabulous selection of seasonal cocktails, appetizers and creative dining specialties with wonderful views of our beautiful courtyard.

Atrium Café

Open for breakfast and lunch, the Atrium Café & Deli blends the freshest of Northwest cuisine with a variety of lighter fare options. Recent renovations have resulted in a warm, welcoming new look, with comfy chairs, plants and lamppost lighting creating the ideal ambiance for relaxing.

Park Place Lounge
A great spot for casual cocktails and sports on the flatscreens. In the summer, the Park Place Patio is open for outdoor dining. Enjoy a light meal, snacks and beverages in this beautiful riverfront setting.

Now, it's a fact that our restaurants hold their own with the best in Spokane, but you're here, so why not sample a taste of the city?

A few of our favorites:

The Elk Public House

Located west of downtown Spokane in the historic Browne's Addition neighborhood. Enjoy the friendly, local pub atmosphere and an even budget-friendlier menu. Because sometimes it's better to let your clients relax and enjoy themselves instead of trying to impress them with a 5-course menu, this is a favorite spot for dinner meetings. Summertime brings one of Spokane's best patio dining experiences.

Where better to eat than a place where vegetarians and carnivores can dine together in harmony? In addition to the restaurant, Mizuna offers a full bar and catering service. One of their regular customers shares a few thoughts, "Hands down, my favorite restaurant in Spokane. Their cheese plate is the best in Spokane. Great wine selection.... creative combinations in their entrees... dining on the patio in the summer... almost feels like you're in New York!" We couldn't have said it better ourselves.

The tradition has thrived for more than 40 years at this cherished landmark overlooking the majestic Spokane River and city skyline. Spokanite Jenna McKnight:says, "their Crab and Artichoke dip is the absolute best!" It's conveniently located in the historic Flour Mill building, which is home to unique shops and close to the Spokane Arena.

Anthony's at Spokane Falls is located in the heart of downtown Spokane and overlooks the Spokane River and upper falls. The menu features fresh Northwest seafood and produce for lunch and dinner. The view of the river cascading over Spokane Falls provides a beautiful backdrop to the dining experience. If you can swing it, don't miss happy hour, featuring your choice of $5 appetizer portions of clams, shrimp, dips, etc., plus discounted wines, beers, and spirits.

No-Li Brewhouse

Another great meeting spot. While they've been brewing their own beer since 1993, there's far more to this restaurant, including a banquet facility for parties of up to 100 people and a beautiful patio overlooking the Spokane River. We asked Jason Fuller, one of our Red Lion guests about his experience, "The place I booked for my business meeting fell through, so I read about this place in theInlander and decided 'what the heck, I'll give it a try!' My clients and I were nothing but impressed, and the staff was quick on their feet to throw a couple of tables together. This is where I'm definitely holding my meetings every time!"

"Stop on by. Stand on the bar. Sing a song." This is the welcome the O'Doherty family gives everyone who comes through the door of their Irish Pub. O'Doherty's has two locations, in North Spokane and downtown. Menu items include Irish standards like fish and chips, corned beef and cabbage, corned beef sandwiches and hooligan. Mark Freeman of Seattle, WA adds, "Best place to go when I come to Spokane! It's such a great atmosphere! Food is great. Service is great. Beer is great. Did I mention the beer is great?"

Fun Annual Foodie Events

Spokane Pig Out in the Park
This hits Spokane every year in late August, when Spokanites flock to Riverfront Park to bid summer farewell with the city's biggest picnic. It's a five-day foodfest featuring booths manned by the city's greatest restaurants and live music from local artists.
